The Ohio Seal of Biliteracy is an award conferred on graduating high school seniors who can demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English and at least one world language. World languages includes modern languages, classical languages, Native American languages, and American Sign Language. 

Over the years North Olmsted High School has had students earn the Seal of Biliteracy in Arabic, Spanish, French, Somali, Swahili, Albanian, Romanian and Chinese.
