ADVANCED OPTIONS INFORMATION: AP (ADVANCED PLACEMENT) AND CCP (COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS) INFORMATION
Thank you for taking the time to review the various options for earning college credit we offer here at North Olmsted High School. The two options that students have for earning college credit are to take Advanced Placement (AP) courses or enroll in College Credit Plus courses. At NOHS we offer AP courses and CCP courses that are taught on campus by our staff. Students can also enroll in CCP courses off-campus at one of our partner schools. There are benefits and drawbacks to both options, so please take the time to review options and reach out to our counselors or administration team for questions and guidance. Thank you again for your interest in challenging yourself and your student with rigorous coursework that allows them to grow academically and earn college credit at the same time.

Grades 11 students can request their transcripts be sent to a college for CCP through Naviance. Click here for directions: Naviance transcript directions.docx
Grade 9 and 10 students: Please stop in the School Counseling Office to request your transcript be sent to a college after you have applied for CCP.
CCP STUDENTS SHOULD CHECK OUR SCHOOL LIBRARY FOR BOOKS BEFORE GOING TO THE COLLGE BOOKSTORE. OUR SCHOOL LIBRARY HAS MANY CCP BOOKS IN STOCK.
