I want to take this time to thank all of the students, parents, and staff for a great start to our school year.  As we have started the school year, I have enjoyed seeing our students back in the classrooms and engaged in their learning.  

   With the start of school, there is always new information to pass along.  I would like to share with you the following:

State Report Card

On our new state report card, the North Olmsted City Schools earned an Excellent with Distinction rating.  Butternut Primary was once again rated Excellent.  We should all be proud of these accomplishments!  Great job!

Transportation

Transportation continues to improve.  I ask you to remember our pick-up/drop-off times.  Also, please remember to buckle up and place all of your children in car seats.  Safety comes first!

Communication

Please take the time to complete our parent email survey on the website.  I am compiling a parent email list, so I can send out brief and important messages to you.  Finally, remember to look out for the Principal's Podcast soon!

Again, thank you for the privilege of working with your children.  I have no doubts we are going to have a wonderful school year!
